Dilly Hussain
Dilly Hussain is a journalist, political commentator and university lecturer. He graduated from the University of East Anglia (UEA) wiith a BA Honours in Politics before completing his NCTJ-accredited post-graduate diploma in Print Journalism at the London School of Journalism.
Dilly is currently he deputy editor of the UK-based Muslim news site 5Pillars. He also contributes to the THe Guardian, Huffington Post UK, Al Jazera English, Foreign Policy Journal and Middle East Eye.
In addition to this, Dilly regularly appears on mainstream broadcasting stations to discuss Muslim current affairs. Dilly delivered lectured on Ottoman history at universities across UK, as well as writing extensively about the re-emergence of Ottoman heritage in popular culture.
